Coach Erin Marie shows up like a burst of confetti on wheels. She mixes encouragement, humor, and race‑day hype with the calm confidence of a PE teacher who’s seen it all.

Neisha Strait

Head Coach, Level 3

Coach Neisha is a an elusive superstar. She's hard to find because she is usually riding the trail as a race marshall or on her 5th pre-ride with athletes. Her stamina and technical skill are unmatched. In her spare time, she is a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist.

Dennis Sibilia-Young

Team Director, Level 3

Coach Dennis is a legend in our local mountain biking community. He is passionate about getting kids on bikes. Dennis was awarded Oregon's coach of the year for 2025.
