Eugene Composite Mountain Bike Team supports 6th–12th grade riders as they build skills, confidence, and a love of the trail. Coaching doesn’t require elite riding ability; our coaches focus on mentoring and supporting kids on and off the bike.

Over 40 riding opportunities & events each season over 14 weeks.

1–2 practices per week (Monday and Thursday Evenings)
optional weekend events: races, adventure rides, GRIT rides, state championships
There are no specific attendance requirements for coaches, but showing up consistently to practices and team events allows relationship building with the riders which in turn makes coaching more effective and fun for all involved.
